Covered persons are responsible for disclosing any potential or perceived conflicts of interest. In addition, all BCCU policies are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors on an annual basis. |

This process is completed by the Personnel Committee presenting their written assessment and salary recommendations to the Board of Directors for their input and approval. Once approved, a member of the Personnel Committee presents the information to the President/CEO and obtains required signatures. Documents are then submitted to Human Resources for processing.
