Description Program Srvc AccomThe Honeymoon Lake Community Club manages a 7 acre lake, We allow only human powered skiffs, paddle boats and paddle boards on the lake. We have a community pier for those of us who wish to swim or fish and homeowners at the lake's edge may have a dock for their own purposes of fishing and swimming. We have an operational manager for the lake, its dam, spillway and three streams This manager handles all water testing, (E.Coli, nitrogen, phosphate, etc.,), annual stocking of trout and management of wildlife that also use the lake; specifically, resident Canadian geese, wood ducks and mallards, beavers and their dam building projects, birds of prey and related land wildlife who use the lake for fresh water access. The community swimming pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Mid-October annually and has a manager for its operational compliance with state, county and federal regulations. All members can invite guests to the pool, however, as with all of our common properties; and must accompany their guests during their visits to our lake, pool, pier, dock, beach/salt water, fire-pit, clubhouse or salt water boat launch.Our Clubhouse is immediately adjacent the swimming pool. The lower level has pool changing rooms, a rest room and administrative office as well as a studio apartment which is available for member/owners to rent for visiting family and friends. The upper level of the clubhouse can be accessed via an ADA ramp. It has large multi purpose room and covered porch, a full kitchen, and an upper deck with a BBQ and three picnic tables and benches. We have a clubhouse operational manager who oversees maintenance, repairs and renting of the studio apartment and multipurpose area. The salt water beach lot A is 65' running linear feet with tidelands and beach lot B,58; running linear feet with tidelands have a multi-functional beach, boat launch, and swimming beach. The salt water pier works on a first come -first serve basis for member boat tie up. Members are allowed to install a buoy in the bay per approval of all State and Federal law. Members using salt water boats are required to exhibit their lot number clearly on bow and aft of the watercraft. All salt water beach fronts, pier, fire-pit and clubhouse are available year around.DescriptionProgramSrvcAccomTxt
