The Board engages in the following areas of responsibility (1) Sets the terms and conditions of employment for the CEO/National Director and determines salary increases going forward. In its annual review of the CEO/National Directors compensation, Board members are provided with relevant compensation information along with comparable data from related or similar organizations. (2) Approves the terms and conditions of the senior management team hires. In addition, the Board members review salary increase proposals, as presented by the CEO/National Director, for each senior management team hire. In advance of this review, the Board is provided with relevant salary information. Salary reviews are conducted annually or as determined more frequently as it relates to new hires. |
