THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE HAS DETERMINED THAT THE FOUNDATION IS EXEMPT FROM INCOME TAXES UNDER 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE FOUNDATION IS ALSO EXEMPT FROM STATE INCOME TAXES.
