THE MANAGEMENT OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION OVERSEES THE INVESTMENTS OF THE FOUNDATION AND DIRECTS THE INVESTMENT DECISIONS OF THE ENDOWMENT. THESE SHARED BOARD MEMBERS AND MANAGEMENT ALSO ARE PART OF THE DECISION MAKING GROUP THAT DECIDES WHEN AND IF SOME ASSETS OF THE FOUNDATIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION.
