Primary Exempt PurposeAmerican Friends of United for Global Mental Health, Inc ("the Organisation") exists to hold, administer and disburse such funds as may, from time to time, be contributed to the Organisation to support projects and initiatives involving mental health, including those conducted by United for Global Mental Health ("UGMH"), a non-profit organisation and registered charity in the United Kingdom. The Organisation will make grants to UGMH and potentially to other organisations described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that support UGMH's activities.
