UPON ADOPTION A FORMAL CONTRACT SHEET IS SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT AND ONE OTHER OFFICER OUTLINING THE TERMS OF DIRECTOR COMPENSATION. THERE IS NO CONTINGENCY BASED ON REVENUE OR EARNINGS.
