Our website, public outreach, and responding to inquiries are mediums for education. During the pandemic, Zoom was an important platform. During 2020, www.cccd.coop logged almost 19,785 unique visitors who used the site's start-up tutorial, downloadable publications, co-op news, videos, and links to additional resources. Development assistance includes performing feasibility & business planning, start-up, expansion, and related support. Our work was challenged by the pandemic; some clients had limited technology accessibility and/or knowledge and we did our best to help them manage and used Zoom for trainings and meetings. We educated cooperatives about pandemic relief programs and helped some prepare applications. Our efforts to launch a worker co-op that provides Homecare services were dashed due to lack of safety equipment as well as worker and client fears.
