PART IV SECTION E LINE 2 BTHE DARTMOUTH EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION'S (DEA) MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A SOURCE OF FUNDS FOR LOW-INTEREST STUDENT LOANS TO THE STUDENTS OF DARTMOUTH COLLEGE. THE DARTMOUTH EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUPPORTS DARTMOUTH COLLEGE BY PROVIDNG FUNDS TO STUDENTS OF THE COLLEGE THAT WITHOUT DEA, THE COLLEGE WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO FINANCE ITSELF.
