For this reason, Summer Search supports students through this transition, and offers professional development and career readiness services so they graduate with the network, skills and experiences necessary to competitively enter the workforce. U.S. GAAP requires management to evaluate the tax positions taken and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the Organization has taken an uncertain tax position that more-likely-than-not would not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken and has concluded that as of September 30, 2021, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a tax liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements.
