ExplanationAs the director I submitted a revised 990 filing for 2019 at the beginning of the year. I then completed an 1120S for a corporation and then completed and filed a 1040 and schedules for my wife and I. At the end of all of that, I confused the filing of the 2019 form with having completed the 2020 form. I'm 77 years old and confusion can happen! I completed and mailed in the 990 to Ogden IRS using the IRS pdf although it does not appear to be possible then forward that form electronically. I had also missed the new ruling that forms had to be filed electronically. So this submission has been made using a recognized agent.ExplanationTxt
