| Desc | The Four Corners Group work with youth in juvenilejustice detention centers is based on a comprehensive interventioncurriculum developed and successfully piloted in Cobb County in 2019 and now delivered on two unique Cobb County campuses Marietta and Austell. The program under the umbrella of the 1625 Initative, is Pathways to Success, a rigorous and detailed multi-week programthat includes weekly youth cohorts with business leaders, trained coaches, facilitators and volunteer-long-term mentors, as well as visits to local business training centers, vocational and college campuses, and communityservice projects. The curriculum-based program has been proven successful in leading teens and young adults through a proven syllabus with detailed modules covering character development and education, strengths assessment, life skills, decision making and peer relations, as well as job readiness training. | Desc |

| Explanation | The Four Corners Group work with youth in juvenile detention centers is based on a comprehensive intervention curriculum developed snd successfully piloted in Cobb County in 2019 and now delivered on two unique Cobb County campuses Marietta and Austell. The program, under the umbrella of the 1625 Initiative is Pathways to Success, a rigorous and detailed multi-week program that includes weekly youth cohorts with business leaders, trained coaches, facilitators, and volunteer-long-term mentors, as well as visits to local business training centers, vocational and college campuses and community service projects.
