IN ADDITION, THE RCR BOARD MEMBERS MAKE REGULAR TRIPS TO THE ROMANIAN PROGRAM SITES, AS WELL AS OVERSEE THE GOVERNANCE AND PROGRAM SERVICES OF ITS ROMANIAN PARTNER.
