Awards in the amount of $20,000 were given to City schools participating in the plastic caps program. "The Bottle Caps Program" saved over 14 million plastic caps from going to the landfill and resulted in the recycling of plastic caps to paint containers! This program also serves as a great educational tool for their schools to teach recycling waste reduction and environmental land stewardship.	Desc

Desc	The Camp Cleanup Program was funded by OGTF through tax deductible donations and was instrumental in working to clean waterways and the environment. OGTF partnered with Model Environment who hired "Earth Advocates" to help clean in and around homeless camps to prevent litter from polluting out waterways. An additional goal of the program was to provide employment and education for unemployed persons needing a job. There were many cleanups accomplished that helped our community stay clean and green. Part IV, line 1a

Operation Green Team Foundation OGTF is the custodian for an escrow account with an amount of $185,000. The escrow was required by the US Corp of Engineers to provide the financial assurance for the GSWS MBI. The escrow account is held to facilitate the expenses necessary to fulfill the project cost associated with the GSWS Goldsmith Schiffman Wildlife Sanctuary MBI.

Part IV, line 2b

An escrow account was established in the amount of $185,000 to provide the financial assurance for the completion of work required in the mitigation bank instrument. No work has yet commenced for the related property site sanctuary at GSWS. However work will soon begin on the project in 2022. All financial transactions for paying for expenses related to the wetland mitigation will be handled through the escrow account. The money for the financial assurance was provided by the City of Huntsville and OGTF will repay the City of Huntsville as funds become available from the sale of wetland credits.
