Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization is a credit union, by definition a financial cooperative, composed of 7,121 members who hold a savings and/or loan accounts. It is governed by a 7 member Board of Directors who are elected from and by the membership and are unpaid volunteers.

Copies of our conflict of interest policies are given to each new employee and each applicant of the Board and Supervisory Committee up receipt of their application.
