Desc	The pastors & missionaries of JARON, whether full-time, part-time or volunteer, minister first locally. As well, we disciple local leaders through cross-cultural service projects, in the Central Valley, nationally & through global short-term missions in order to help equip them to better serve the local community. We collaborate with churches, para-church ministries, first responder agencies, local businesses; & together serve poor neighborhoods & leaders without formal biblical education. JARON missionaries continue to serve locally through counseling, encouragement, biblically based materials, Faith Based films, & help for those in need.PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2020-2021Administrative Assistance TeamThanks to some grant funding from a previous year, advancement in technology in office management was accomplished through the purchase of some new equipment and software programs making JARON far more efficient in our administration services to our missionaries and volunteers. JARONs new bookkeeper, volunteer IT guy and admin assistant were very helpful in this process. JARON Conference Ministries Because of COVID, JARON held no in-person conferences. However, many events took place via Zoom. Men-In-Action classes were taught in churches. A team of JARON presenters hosted a web-based conference workshop on Pro-LIFE for the BASS Convention typically hosted in the Bay Area. JARON Media MinistriesDr. James Cecy released two new book now available on Amazon. Several of our JARON volunteers had a hand in the graphics, setup, and production.Rob Carter produced a national virtual Mens Conference intitled THE REMANT in partnership with board member and founder of the Mighty Men Movement. The event was fully edited by JARONs videographer. Global Impact Ministries STM Missions Teams* A construction team comprised of JARON alumni and volunteers came together to help a mission home ministry here in the Central Valley. Projects included restoration of an old water tower convert it into a prayer room and missionary respite quarters. As well, the team furthered the completion of an additional guest quarters over an existing barn. * A JARON construction team also traveled to Thessalonica, Greece to help a church restore an old four-story building being converted to a church. The team installed the kitchens and bathrooms and laid tile.* A third construction team traveled to northern California to remodel Mens cabins at Christian Encounter Ranch. They painted 4 dorms inside and out and did other repairs.* A JARON team helped to remodel Campus Bible Church Youth Ministries offices and lounge.* An annual ministry team served at the ELF Conference in Poland via Zoom.* One of JARONs missionaries went on a ministry trip to Tajikistan to serve with police and associate missionaries working in far reaching mountainous regions. A JARON team traveled to Auburn California to pick up a load of furniture at our RESTART Ministries warehouse to deliver it to an apartment at Biola University for the purpose of providing our Romanian missionary family spending six months in the US to further a PHD program for training leaders in Romania. Lastly, JARON volunteers helped remodel the JARON headquarters office spaces. JARON Adjunct Pastors Training Ministries is comprised of a dozen pastors that provide training through conferences, youth camps, teaching in seminaries and colleges, pulpit supply, and short-term missions abroad. * JARONs Director of Philippines spent the year training pastors around the globe via Zoom because of COVID. * One of the pastors new to JARON during COVID launched a Central Valley Pastors Fellowship from Hanford.* One JARON pastor produced an eight-part Mens Prayer series in partnership with a JARON board member.Ambassadors of Purity MinistriesJARONS missionary pastor based in Europe created and managing a web-based porn addiction ministry that stirs men and women to the Purity War materials and the Gospel.JARON Global Radio MinistriesDuring the past year, Global Radio Ministries experienced growth of ministry points. Since the inception of Air JARON, GRM has produced 154 programs that have been broadcast through KTWR, Guam into Asia. These programs included the entire series on the book of James by Dr. James Cecy, 18 Christmas broadcasts, 60 broadcasts on Dr. Cecys series on Titus, and 4 programs produced and broadcast in multiple languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese and Korean), using Artificial Intelligence. The next series to be produced as 28-minute broadcasts will be the series on Colossians. It is desired that the ability to translate all produced programs into Asian languages. This was put forward during meetings with TWR leadership in Cary, NC in February of 2022. JARONs radio engineer and wife have travelled to Guam to serve with Trans World Radio. Darin has been working as Project Manager for the tower restoration project known as, Strong Tower for Asia and serving as transmitter engineer. Ministry to the missionary wives and families of the staff at KTWR was a great encouragement. Developed and funding starting last year, the Strong Tower for Asia is now fully funded and the work of restoring the tower structures is well under way with the selected tower contractor on the island and fully engaged in climbing the towers, replacing steel braces, climbing ladders, shackles, turnbuckles, torque arms and guying wires and anchors. The restoration project will continue through 2022 and about half of 2023. Finishing Well Ministries Pastor MentoringJARONS adjunct pastors provide encouragement and counsel to pastors starting out to those nearing retirement. Learn the Bible Fast MinistriesOne of JARONS missionaries has a unique ministry teaching the Bible through graphics story telling. These are shared through social media and Zoom classes during the pandemic. JARON Bible InstituteA class on the book of Romans was produced by one of our pastors but the class was postponed due to COVID. Another one of JARONs instructors taught International Leadership Institute workshops via Zoom. Africa Hope MinistriesGil & Carol Harder-Trips to Kenya and Tanzania.JARON Care Ministries/Counseling/ConsultingEight of JARONs counseling staff provided counseling in Divorce Care and Grief Share classes, and a variety of settings. Stephen Ministries is one of several curriculums that JARON counselors use in ministry. Pastors, missionaries, veterans, military, and women rescued from sex trafficking are among those that receive counseling. CODE 3 Intl. Police Ministries/Law Enforcement Chaplaincy/Church Security MinistriesActive and retired law enforcement officers and chaplains provide counseling, training and minister internationally. Due to COVID, JARONs annual ministry trips to Washington DC twice a year were cancelled but ministry continued on personal levels via Zoom, phone calls and emails. Several of our Chaplains continue to serve in jails, prisons, in the country courthouse and one in a hospital. Church Security classes continued with social distancing and COVID cautions. JARON Pro-Life MinistriesOne of JARONs ministers spends two or more days per week standing on the streets at abortion clinics bringing awareness to women seeking abortion. This ministry saves lives and brings hope to those that find them in unwanted pregnancies. One of JARONs chaplains wrote and shared her abortions story for the very first time in a pro-life church service and via Zoom for a conference seminar.REEL Faith-Based Movie MinistriesPromotion of faith-films that came out Video On Demand during the pandemic. Theatrical events were not allowed so our efforts were to shift grass roots promotion to email blasts and social media publicity. Re-Start MinistriesRe-start Ministries was started by a JARON missionary in 2015 with a mission of providing donated furniture and household items to furnish homes for families who are starting over. From its inception, Re-start has been a community outreach of JARON Ministries International. Re-start Clients are referred by local agencies who help find families housing. A warehouse the furniture and household item donations are available to a family is ready to move into their new home free of charge. In the six and one half years since we started, we have helped over 1,120 families.BRIDGE BUILDERS International Student MinistriesOne JARON missionary ministries to international students from around the world that attend our local universities and international families that have settle in the Central ValleyTribal Church Planting MinistriesWith a lock down on international travel, creative ministry took place via Zoom. Aid was sent to hard hit areas from natural disasters: Food, clothing and gospel tract creation and distribution.Community Transformation Church PlantingOperation Helping Hands Uganda is an ongoing project to assist a tailoring school that train single mothers with sewing skills.
