Eight automatic seats are filled by a representative of each of the top eight circuits, by screen count on a record date, in the United States and Canada. Each company entitled to an automatic seat must designate in writing the name of the individual to serve as the company's representative to the Executive Board. One additional automatic seat will be filled by a representative of each circuit with more than 3,000 screens as determined by screen count on a record date, in the United States and Canada.
