| Desc | Our "Student Sponsorship Program" provided out-of-school educational support for students enrolled in the rural public Honduras school system. MDM continued to provide assistance as follows: Through this program 185 students excelled in their academic work, including: 96 in elementary grades, 44 in middle school grades, 28 in high school and 17 in university. EXPENSES associated with this program are included in the Grants to Foreign Organizations section. In addition, 6 new afterschool tutors were trained to help in local schools and at MDM's main campus. | Desc |
