| General explanation attachment | Program Service Accomplishments:LEAD Hubs Financial Support LEAD supports leadership hubs that combine highquality education elite sport training good nutrition healthcare and life skills to empower future leaders. In 2023 LEAD made grants to two hubs: LEAD Monrovia Football Academy in Monrovia Liberia est. 2015 and LEAD Morocco in El Mansouria Benslimane Morocco est. 2019. LEAD provided $1,100,398 of support to LEAD Monrovia Football Academy and $277,670 to LEAD Morocco. LEAD Hubs Operational Support LEAD staff provide operational support to grantee organizations access to a network of global partners a platform for knowledge sharing among LEAD hubs and the supply of standardized hub policies. LEAD Learning We have adapted the leadership course taught at our Liberian and Moroccan Hubs since 2015 to meet the needs of the worlds youth more broadly focusing our lessons on innovation empathy perseverance and more. Today LEAD Learning has delivered its flagship leadership course to more than 135,000 children in Liberia Morocco and Bangladesh through a combination of inperson delivery and lowcost mobile technology. As we build additional relevant curricula we are simultaneously preparing to scale the program in partnership with global corporations placebased organizations and school districts. |
