The program achieves this through transformational experiences related to historical and cultural influences, providing a comprehensive approach to education, safety, and workforce development.The Ubuntu Leadership Institute offers a range of activities and experiences, including self-assessments, emotional intelligence training, leadership development, STEM, cultural understanding, mentorship programs, communication and negotiation skills, financial literacy, health and wellness initiatives, small business development, internship opportunities, job readiness training, virtual tours, and education on civil rights and mental health support services.The UBUNTU program has set clear goals and outcomes, including assisting students in successfully passing all components of state testing requirements, ensuring high school graduation for participants, supporting post-secondary education or training, and providing ongoing mental health and academic support services. |
