HOPE COMMUNITY CORPORATION MAY ALSO ENGAGE IN THE PROVISION OF ANY AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ANCILLARY TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE HOUSING CHALLENGED IN HOPE COMMUNITY CORPORATION'S SOLE DISCRETION.
