RESTORATIVE MENTOR TRAINING: OUR RESTORATIVE MENTOR TRAINING PROGRAM EQUIPS PARTICIPANTS WITH THE PHILOSOPHY AND SKILLS TO BECOME COMPASSIONATE PEER MENTORS, ESPECIALLY FOR THE YOUNGER MEMBERS OF INCARCERATED COMMUNITIES. DURING THIS PERIOD, WE ACTIVATED THIS PROGRAM AT THE CALIFORNIA INSTITUTION FOR WOMEN, CALIFORNIA REHABILITATION CENTER, AND CALIFORNIA CITY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY. |
