Round Robin Tutoring Program Accomplishment Cadets Rising successfully operated the "Round Robin Tutoring" Program from October 2025 through May 2026 at Kappa VI Middle School in Queens, New York City. The program was designed to provide academic support, enrichment opportunities, and positive youth engagement for middle school students in grades 6 through 8. A total of 92 students participated in the program during the school year. The program operated twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays and consisted of structured 21/2-hour sessions that combined academic instruction with sports enrichment activities. Students rotated through three instructional components: English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, and Sports Enrichment. Each rotation lasted approximately 40 minutes, with scheduled transition periods between classroom instruction and gym sessions to ensure organization and student engagement throughout the program. Each academic and enrichment component was led by a certified New York City teacher or qualified instructor who provided individualized instruction, mentoring, and educational support. The ELA and Mathematics sessions focused on strengthening foundational academic skills, improving classroom performance, reinforcing homework completion, increasing reading comprehension, and developing problem-solving abilities. The Sports Enrichment component emphasized physical wellness, teamwork, leadership, discipline, communication, and confidence-building through organized athletic activities and structured group interaction. The Round Robin Tutoring Program created a safe, supportive, and engaging after-school environment where students could receive additional educational assistance while also participating in healthy recreational activities. The rotational structure helped maintain student attention and participation by allowing students to engage in multiple learning environments during each session. The program also encouraged positive peer interaction, improved attendance consistency, and increased student motivation toward academic achievement. Through this initiative, Cadets Rising strengthened its mission of empowering youth through education, mentorship, and sports-based development programming. The organization successfully provided underserved youth with access to certified educators, structured enrichment opportunities, and positive role models that supported both academic growth and personal development. The program's consistent attendance and participation demonstrated strong community support and highlighted the need for continued educational and youth development services within the Queens community.$0$20,904
Cadets Rising Lunch Clubs Program Accomplishment Cadets Rising successfully operated the "Cadets Rising Lunch Clubs" enrichment program from October 2025 through May 2026 at an elementary school located in the Bronx, New York. The program was developed to provide students in grades 1 through 5 with structured recreational, educational, and character-building activities during lunchtime hours in a safe and engaging environment. The Lunch Clubs program consisted of three enrichment tracks: Chess Club, Basketball Club, and Martial Arts Club. Each club session operated for one hour and was held four days per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays throughout the school year. Students participated in supervised activities designed to promote teamwork, discipline, leadership, confidence, critical thinking, and positive social interaction. The Chess Club focused on strategy development, concentration, patience, and problem-solving skills. Students learned the fundamentals of chess while improving decision-making abilities, sportsmanship, and focus in an interactive learning setting. The program encouraged students to think critically and develop cognitive skills that support academic achievement and classroom engagement. The Basketball Club provided structured physical activity and instruction that emphasized teamwork, communication, coordination, and healthy lifestyle habits. Students participated in skill-building drills, organized games, and leadership exercises that promoted self-confidence, cooperation, and positive peer relationships. The club also reinforced discipline, accountability, and respect through sports-based learning experiences. The Martial Arts Club introduced students to foundational martial arts principles centered on self-control, discipline, respect, fitness, and personal responsibility. Participants engaged in age-appropriate training activities that encouraged focus, perseverance, confidence-building, and conflict-resolution skills while promoting physical wellness and emotional self-regulation. The Cadets Rising Lunch Clubs program created a positive and supportive atmosphere that helped students remain engaged during the school day while providing constructive alternatives for recreation and personal growth. The consistent structure and frequency of the program allowed students to build relationships with mentors and peers while participating in activities that supported both social-emotional development and academic readiness. Through this initiative, Cadets Rising furthered its mission of empowering youth through education, mentorship, athletics, and enrichment programming. The program successfully provided elementary school students in the Bronx with access to safe, structured, and development-focused activities that encouraged leadership, healthy behavior, and lifelong learning skills.$0$4,890

ExplanationHello, my name is Brian Prioleau and I'm the founder, I received information from a CPA that my 990 filing was due on June 15th 2026. I thought that I had time to file this, it wasn't until I saw a random post on social media talking about late IRS penalties for late 990 submissions after May 15th did I call my CPA and question them. I was pissed to find out the wrong information. I decided to fill out and complete my 990 without them. I will find another CPA moving forward. I promise to NEVER miss another IRS deadline ever again. I'm so upset at missing the deadline and filing this late. I'm. a small non profit and I bring chess programs, martial arts programs, sports program and boy scouting program to under served students in NYC. Every pennny counts and please allow me this grace and I will never miss another IRS date ever again.ExplanationTxt
