Desc	During FYE 25, the Board decided to move toward dissolution of the entity. We began a planned and orderly reduction of operations, with a plan to cease operations by December 2025. Accordingly, we began transitioning our member organizations to new fiscal sponsors in the latter part of FYE 25.Through the member organizations that remained with us throughout FYE 25, 214,445 young people ages 0 to 25 received access to education, healthcare, nutrition, shelter, and economic opportunity. As a result, over 700,000 individuals in the communities served will avoid suffering from poverty, unemployment, food insecurity, poor health, homelessness, and lack of access to quality education. Member organizations are monitored by One World using annual reports EVALUATED against our eligibility criteria. The Annual Report consists of several elements, which are reviewed/conducted by One World staff and Board Members: 1) A narrative report INCLUDING BUDGET AND EXPENSE DOCUMENTATION AND responses to a standard set of questions submitted by the Member in writing; 2)Checking one to two references provided by each Member; 3) An interview with each Member organizations leader; 4) An interview with each organizations fundraising champion(s) (if applicable).

Form 990, Part III, Line 3	During FYE 25, the Board decided to move toward dissolution of the entity. We began a planned and orderly reduction of operations, with a plan to cease operations by December 2025. Accordingly, we began transitioning our member organizations to new fiscal sponsors in the latter part of FYE 25.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The tax return is prepared by an outside accounting firm. After completion of said returns, the organization is sent a draft of the tax returns to be reviewed and examined. The organization distributes copies of the returns to those individuals charged with governance. Those individuals at that time can review and if applicable discuss any line items in the return with the accountant who has prepared the return. If all items are found to be acceptable, an authorization is signed and provided to authorize the outside accounting firm to process, sign and provide copies of the returns to be filed (paper or electronically) with the designated governmental agencies. The tax returns are then signed by the organization, stamped and mailed with certified return receipt or the signed form 8879 is provided to the outside accounting firm allowing electronic filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY is being monitored by Annual Disclosures. Because no conflict was identified during the tax year, no additional enforcement actions were necessary. The Board and the staff are trained on how to identify and address conflicts of interest in accordance with the organization's policies. All Board members and key employees must sign the Conflict of Interest policy upon joining the organization and again annually, along with an annual signing of a disclosure form related to actual and potential conflicts. We monitor for potential conflicts on an ongoing basis and at board meetings.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a	The Executive Committee of the Board reviews salary compensation surveys upon setting the compensation of key employees and before making any significant changes to key employee compensation. The Executive Committee reports their findings to the Board. The full board reviews the compensation of key employees in the process of approving the organizations annual budget.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15b	The Board of Directors reviews and approves the highly-paid and key employees' annual salaries for performance and industry norms.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	We will continue to have these forms available on our website until our full and final dissolution. Once we are dissolved, Board Members will continue to have access to these forms which could be shared with the public upon request.
