In 2020, the Organizationentered into a 2-year Trademark License Agreement with INCO Holding,which is the holding company for the INCO Group. The sole shareholder of INCO Holding is the Organization's President. The agreement allows the Organization to operate under the INCO brand for a 2-year period, afterwhich it automatically renews for additional 2-year periods, at most, 4 consecutive times, unless either party terminates the agreement at least 3 months prior to the end of one of the 2-year periods.Under the terms of the agreement, the Organization must pay a royalty of 5% of gross revenues or a minimum of $20,000. Royalty expense totaled $260,364, and $337,819 for the years ended December 31, 2024,and 2023 respectively. Accrued royalties in 2024 were $63,665 ($337,819 in 2023).
