Committee meeting documentation Part VI line 8b The organization solicits funds for philanthrophic needs in South Asias sub-continent region. To manage the funds and distribution, it has volunteer board consisting of President, Treasurer,Director and 2 other volunteer trustees. Since the committee members - all volunteers are located in different cities of USA and as no travel allowance is paid to any members and/or volunteers, all meetings are held through phonic and zoom conference calls and minutes recorded accordingly and by the President. With its lean operation, there is no need for special committees at the present time, and Board members take decisions accordingly. Governing body policies allows the President to open a bank account, make decisions as the governing body is not located in one place. Hyderabad Foundation is a small entity with volunteer Board in different states. The President, Secretary and Treasurer are related but have no businrss aand or financial dealings. Neither is compensated by the entity. Board has 2 more volunteer Trustee/Directors and around 10 independent volunteers who assist in collecting funds for the cause. Since the operation is so small, the President has the books and signing authoity. All meetings are online thru zoom and records and minutes are kept online on the computer by the President.
