Each camp session had around 51 campers and provided a mix of traditional camp activities and French language training. Meals, lodging, and instruction were provided for these campers, plus meals and lodging for 28 staff and volunteers. In addition, CIFC held a number of small fall school, youth group, and family and adult programs. Camp sessions I, II, III, and IV totaled up to 3,167 participant days of programming; the entire season, shoulder season, and French Camp together total 4,995 participant use days. The financial aid granted annually is presented to and annually reviewed by the CIFC board. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b All board members receive a copy of the Form 990 prior to filing, with the opportunity for discussion and/or modification. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Board members sign Conflict of Interest documents at the beginning of each three-year term (which can last as long as four years, if the member is elected prior to the start of a term). The Executive Directors review board membership during the Annual Retreat to ensure compliance. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Co-Executive Director's salaries were set by the CIFC board (with CPA review) based on a survey of comparable non-profit director salaries using ACA and WAIC data. Since the salary survey was conducted, the only adjustments that have been made were keyed to the Regional Bureau of Labor Consumer Price Index figures changes and/or merit and experience increases.
