Part V, Line 4-Intended uses of endowment funds The endowment fund is to support the preservation of the Loring-Greenough House. Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 The organization has members who pay dues. The members have an annual meeting held each year for the purposes of electing officers and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. No members receives any share of the profits of the organization. Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a The organizations members elect the board of directors. Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b Members of the organization approve some of the decisions of the Board of Directors. Committee meeting documentation Part VI line 8b No committee has the authority to act on behalf of the governing body. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 The Board of Directors has delegated the responsibility for reviewing the Form 990 to the Finance Committee.
