The funds represent surplus amounts entrusted to the Organization by MEDA and are maintained separately from the Organization's operating funds. The Organization holds the funds in investment accounts until MEDA has needs outside the parameters of its normal budgeted funding from the Organization, at which time the Organization wires amounts from the custodial reserves to MEDA in accordance with the contractual arrangements between the parties. Instead, the Organization will disclose its policy on the informational flyer about the seminary that is widely distributed to churches, bookstores, conventions of pastors, and other outlets from which the Organization draws the majority of its students.
