The candidate would then be voted on during the member annual meeting. The Chief Administration Officer provides a salary recommendation. The Board deliberates on the recommendation in closed session without staff present. b. The employee's final performance evaluation score and current compensation ratio within their industry and geographic salary range determines the percentage salary increase, if any.
