THE GOAL OF THE FOSTER CARE PROGRAM IS TO SEE THAT EVERY CHILD GROWS UP IN A STABLE AND LOVING FAMILY. TO THAT END, STAFF WORK TO REUNITE CHILDREN WITH THEIR BIRTH FAMILIES WHENEVER POSSIBLE, AND ASSIST THEIR FOSTER FAMILIES IN ADOPTING THEM IF PARENTAL RIGHTS ARE TERMINATED. In our Family & Community Services Program, 71 individuals and their family members received emergency food, rental and utility assistance services.
