Children are served in a group home setting and in foster homes licensed by PA OCYF. Adults are served in community living arrangements and family living homes licensed by PA ODP. During 09-10 eleven children received foster care services. Ten adults and one child received family living services. Forty-six children & adults received group home or CLA services. We provided 17,488 days of CLA services in 09-10. 805009 0 931754 Human Services: Non-residential services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Habilitation & companion services were provided to sixty-nine individuals. They received 22,974 hours of service in 09-10. Vocational services for individuals with intellectual disabilities were also provided. Thirty-two people attended the adult training facility and 45 people participated in supported employment & transitional work. Secondary factors which were taken into consideration depending upon the specific postions were "Primary Source of Funding"; "Number of Employees"; and "Level of Education Required." Also for management positions, "Number of Years in Position" and "Number of Employees Managed" were considered. Within given parameters, compensation will be linked to individual employee performance. The audit that was conducted by the accounting firm Black,Bashor & Porsch, LLP was not completed until the middle of March, 2011 due to a material difference regarding payment for services with the Office of Developmental Programs in the State of Pennsylvania.
