Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 The executive committee of the Corporation, along with the executive committee of the affiliated organizations, Bryant Park Corporation and Bryant Park Management Corporation, negotiate the terms of the employment contract of the Corporation's president. The president's employment contract is typically for a period of four years, and compensation is determined through the executive committees' comparison of the compensation of other large and influential New York City area real estate and not-for-profit organizations and other buisiness improvement district chief executives. For the contract beginning July 1, 2010, the executive committee retained an independent third party to compile this data. The compensation of other officers and key employees is determined by the president, and reviewed by the corporation's finance committee.
