These programs are carried out in schools, libraries and other venues to help close the educational gap in the arts. Dallas ArtsPartners is a groundbreaking collaboration between education, city and cultural organizations. Through this partnership, Big Thought coordinates and delivers more than 500 cultural outreach services, provides professional development to educators and leverages funding resources to help schools access and deliver high quality instructional programming. In 2009, Big Thought was tapped by the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee to create the region's largest service-learning initiative, SLANT 45: Service Learning Adventures in North Texas.
