The Executive committee of the Board of Trustees reviews the comparable data with consideration of the annual budget, and makes a recommendation to the Board. The Board is provided all comparable data. A vote of the full Board is obtained when setting annual compensation. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 Articles developed by members of the Board of Trustees are included in the monthly newsletter, which is distributed to the entire school community as well as donors, extended family members, community members and other interested individuals. In some of these articles, readers are reminded that a notebook of Board and Executive committee minutes are included in a binder that is available in the school's main office. The role of the Governance committee is shared along with the name of the Governance Chair. Board members and their positions are also listed on the school website.
