Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 The form 990 is given to the treasurer, along with the audited financial statements for comparison and review. The form 990 and audited financial statements are then thoroughly reviewed by the executive committee. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c The organization periodically reviews the conflict of interest policy with its members and inquires whether any member has interests that are in conflict with the organization. The organization's compensation of its key employees and all employees is directly related to the state budget appropriations. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 The organization keeps a copy of the governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements in a file at the organization's office and they are available for inspection upon request. The Executive Committee is responsible for finding and obtaining an independent accountant to conduct the audit. The audit process and audited financial statements are overseen by the Executive Director and the Treasurer. Upon complettion, the audited financial statements are reviewed by the Executive Director and Treasurer and then by the Excutive Committee.
