Before submission to the Internal Revenue Service, unsigned paper copies were distributed to all members of the Board of Directors for comment. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c The Organization's conflict of interest policy covers all Directors and Officers of the Organization as well as employees, consultants, or other persons who may be in a position to exercise influence over the organization's affairs. These covered individuals are also obligated to disclose any potential conflict of interest arising from the interest and activities of members of their immediate family. All covered persons must sign a statement annually which indicates they have reviewed the policy and agree to comply with its terms. As soon as there are any potential conflicts with a covered person, the person shall make full disclosure to the President to permit an impartial and objective determination of whether a real or potential conflict does exist.
