Management has evaluated the Center's tax positions and has concluded that the Center has taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with provisions of this guidance. As of June 30, 2010 and 2009, there are no material unrecognized/derecognized tax benefits or tax penalties or interest.
