President and key employees prepare self-evaluations of performance during the period of review. The President reviews key employees' reviews and submits salary adjustments. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors meets with the President to discuss the review. The Board meets, without the President or other Key Employee, and receives recommendations of the Executive Committee and discusses the President's and Key Employee's performance and salary adjustments for the following year.
