Armstrong Printery received about half of the annual spending on printed materials with the other half going to another firm. Armstrong was evaluated by Bethesda staff members to insure value for money, above average service, and extraordinary innovation. Kevin Lutz (nor any other Armstrong person) was not at any time involved with any discussions related to printing nor was he privy to the prices or competitive information of any other supplier. We firmly believe that Armstrong Printery saved us money this year and helped us to spot and eliminate waste. This relationship is to be evaluated annually. 0 CHURCHILL STRATEGIES FIRM IS OWNED BY JEFF COLEMAN WHO IS ON THE BOARD AT BETHESDA MISSION cHURCHILL STRATEGIES PROVIDED CREATIVE DESIGN AND PR SERVICES FOR BETHESDA. Churchill Strategies received about eighty-five percent of all the spending this year for creative design and PR services. The balance of our spending went to one other firm. Comparable quality of these services appears to be considerably higher in cost from other firms. Mr. Coleman donates a significant amount of these services, another portion is provided to us at cost, and the improved look and feel of our logo, website, and published materials have drawn many compliments from donors and other constituents. All transactions with Churchill Strategies were done at arms length.
