Whistleblower Policy The University does not have a written whistleblower policy. However, whistleblower procedures have been in place since March 2007. The University contracts with EthicsPoint to provide faculty, staff and students with a central point to report potential ethical issues. This may be done by phone or Internet, named or anonymously. Depending on the nature of the issue reported, reports are sent to the Vice President for Finance & Administration, Director of Personnel, Chair of the Audit Committee and/or external legal counsel. These reports are then investigated and resolved.
