HELP adopted this new guidance for the year ended September 30, 2010. management evaluated HELP's tax positions and concluded that HELP had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. HELP is no longer subject to US, federal or state and local income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2006. As of September 30, 2010 HELP has addressed uncertainty in its income tax positions under this new guidance and determined there are no unrecognized/derecognized tax benefits requiring an accrual.
