It also provides peer jury trials for first-time offenders ages 10-15, pleading guilty to misdemeanors, who are referred by the criminal justice system. Guilford Day Reporting Services Program - This program offers services for male offenders 16 to 25 years old. It is designed to educate, treat, monitor, and supervise them to decrease the possibility of their re-offending. Services include on-site substance abuse evaluation and treatment recommendations, adult basic education and GED preparation, career development and job placement assistance, anger management, and referrals to human resource agencies that can assist the offenders to become self-sufficient.
