Form 990, Part III, line 2 New Program Services 1) We were an ARRA subawardee, through the Louisville Metro Community Action Partnership, this year which allowed us to administer child care subsidy payments to various families either seeking new jobs or to sustain existing jobs as well as to recruit and prepare 42 Spanish speaking providers with training for employment in KY child care programs. 2) Through a partnership with the Louisville Science Center and funding made possible by the PNC Grow Up Great With Science grant, we started a program to teach early childhood teachers to incorporate science into their everyday curricula. This program includes 16 hours of training for 6 local child care programs, with 22 classrooms, 49 teachers and over 300 children.
