Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a On an annual basis the Executive Director outlines the goals and accomplishments for each year. They are reviewed by the Executive Committee who asks for clarification when needed. The Executive Committee meets to discuss the Executive Director's accomplishments and what would be appropriate compensation. The goals and accomplishments are discussed at a full board meeting where the Executive Director answers questions form the board. The Executive Director is then asked to leave the board meeting while the entire board has an open discussion on accomplishments and compensation. After their deliberation they come to a decision and share this with the Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for the review of top management compensation on an annual basis.
