Annual Compensation review is approved by the executive committee, based upon the recommendations of Dr. Norbert Sander. Performance is reviewed annually on May of each year. There are personal meetings and reviews by the Executive Director with each employee. The Executive Director's compensation and performance is reviewed annually by the Executive Committee.
