The members elect the Board of Directors at the annual meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Line 6 Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder All residents of the Town of Wareham and all businesses, corporations, organizations, institutions and other entities which are located in the said Town and who substantially subscribe to the purposes of the Corporation shall be eligible to election to membership in the Corporation upon completion of a written application on a form approved by the Board of Directors and upon compliance with conditions, consistent with the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, and other governing documents as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors.All members over the age of 18 whose membership is in good standing by September 1st of each year are eligible to vote on business decisions during annual and special meetings of membership.A member shall not be entitled to compensation for his or her service as a member. The Members of the organization now elect the Board of Directors. The amended bylaws are attached.
