Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b Any amendments to the Roundtable's Bylaws are required to be approved by the membership. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 The 990 is prepared by the Roundtable's outside auditors. It is then reviewed by the CFO, the CEO, and the Audit and Finance Committee. The return will be distributed to the Board of Directors prior to filing.
