<Explanation>2011 is the first year we have seen a significant increase to our income due to our special event and an increase of individual contributions than previous years. This has caused us to go from filing a Postcard to filing the 990EZ. Since we are new to filing the 990 EZ, we have needed more time to prepare this year's filing.</Explanation>
