Youth Helpline and Community Hotline - resources to report missing children and relevant information and to report crimes or other incidents of concern and provide community referrals or Ad Hoc intervention. Youth Helpline assisted 41 runaways. Community Hotline provided 13 crime tips. Assisted police in solving 22 homicides. Participated in 42 violence interventions.

Public Forums, Vigils and Radio Appeals and Flyers - to build awareness of crime, bring solace to victims, and help generate tips to solve crimes. Made 28 radio appeals regarding missing persons. Convened and spoke at 68 prayer vigils. Made 615 radio commentaries on radio station KPRS FM 103.3.
